Get an actual quote
Nothing on this site sits behind a form. Every rate band, every underwriting rule, every carrier difference we know about is published for anyone to read, and it stays that way.
But reading is not the same as being priced. At some point you need somebody licensed in your state to look at your actual file — your medications, your dates, your numbers — and tell you where you would land and which carriers to approach first.
That is what this page is for.
What happens when you send this
Your enquiry comes to a person here. We read it, and we pass it to a licensed agent who works impaired-risk cases. They contact you directly.
That is the whole process. To be explicit about the parts people reasonably worry about:
- We pass your enquiry to one agent. It is not distributed to a panel of buyers.
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
- You are not added to a mailing list by sending this.
- We are not paid per lead, and we do not take a commission on any policy you buy.
What we deliberately do not ask for
Your Social Security number. No legitimate quote needs one, and any tool that asks before showing you a number is collecting data rather than pricing a policy. The agent may need one at the formal application stage. We never will.
Your medical records. A general sense of your situation is enough for an agent to know where to start. Detailed history belongs in the application, with the carrier, not on a publisher's server.
Tell us only what you are comfortable putting in an email.
Before you send it
You will get a faster and more accurate answer if you have your current numbers to hand — recent readings, diagnosis dates, current medications. Your condition page explains which of those actually move an underwriting decision.
It is also worth reading what a decline actually means before you assume you have a problem. Plenty of people arrive here convinced they are uninsurable because one carrier said no.
A note on figures
Any premium you see quoted on this site, or anywhere else, is illustrative. Actual pricing is set by underwriting against your individual file, varies by carrier and by state, and is not fixed until a carrier makes you an offer. Nothing here is an offer of insurance or a solicitation.
