Everything here reaches the same editorial desk. Telling us which of the five things below you want gets you a useful answer faster.
We do not publish a phone number, and that is deliberate. This is a publisher, not an agency — nobody here is going to pick up and sell you a policy, and a number would imply otherwise.
If you want cover, or pricing
Use the quote request form. It goes to a licensed broker who works impaired-risk cases, and the disclosure on that page sets out exactly what the arrangement is and how we are paid.
What that form is not: an application. Nothing is submitted to a carrier, no credit check runs, and there is no obligation attached to filling it in.
Please do not send medical records, Social Security numbers or account numbers through any form on this site. If a broker needs those later, they will collect them through their own secure channel.
If we have got something wrong
Corrections are the email we most want to receive, and our editorial policy commits us to fixing errors rather than quietly editing them out.
Send the page URL, the specific claim, and the source that contradicts it. Substantive corrections are made with a dated note on the page saying what changed. If you are a carrier or an underwriter and something here misdescribes how your guidance actually works, we would genuinely rather hear it than not.
If you want to write for us
Pitch through the relevant page rather than here — each has its own brief and its own standards:
- Insurance guest posts — underwriters, brokers, actuaries, regulators
- No-exam life insurance guest posts — accelerated, simplified and guaranteed issue specifically
- Life insurance guest posts — the wider category: products, planning, claims, policy mechanics
- Health guest posts — clinicians and researchers
Send the pitch rather than the finished article. One paragraph on the argument, one on why you are the person to make it, and the sources you intend to use.
If you have a commercial enquiry
Sponsored placements, link insertions and press releases are handled through the write-for-us pages above, which carry the placement tiers and turnaround times. Rates on request.
Every commercial placement gets a visible sponsored label, a disclosure line and rel="sponsored" on commercial links. That applies at every tier and no fee changes it, so please do not open by asking whether it does.
If you are a journalist or researcher
We are happy to talk about how impaired-risk underwriting works, what the public record does and does not contain, and why carrier manuals are not published. Say what you are working on and your deadline.
How to reach us
Editorial, corrections, pitches and commercial enquiries: editor@noexamlifeinsuranceonline.com
Use the quote form for pricing — that goes to a licensed broker rather than to us, and the disclosure on that page explains the arrangement. For everything else, the address above or the form below both reach the same desk.
Put one of these in the subject line so it routes correctly:
| Subject line | For | Typical reply |
|---|---|---|
| Correction | A factual error on a page | 2 business days |
| Guest post pitch | Editorial contributions | 2 weeks, and only if we want it |
| Commercial | Sponsored placements, link insertions | 3 business days |
| Press | Journalists and researchers | 1 business day |
| Other | Anything else | 3 business days |
Questions we get asked
Why is there no phone number? Because we do not sell insurance. A number on a publisher's contact page reads as a sales line, and readers who called it would get an editor who cannot quote them. If you want pricing, the quote form reaches someone licensed to give it.
Will you tell me which carrier to apply to? No. We explain how conditions are assessed and what moves a file; we do not make recommendations about specific carriers or products to individual readers. That is regulated advice and we are not licensed to give it. The quote form reaches someone who is.
I sent a correction and nothing happened. What now? Send it again and say it is a second attempt. Corrections should not fall through, and if one has, we want to know that as much as we want the correction.
Do you accept finished articles sent cold? They get read, more slowly and less often than pitches, and most are rejected on an angle problem a two-line pitch would have caught. Pitch first.
Can I get a link added to an existing article? That is a link insertion and it is a commercial placement — see the tiers on any of the write-for-us pages. It is marked rel="sponsored" and it goes through relevance review, so it only happens where the link genuinely fits the piece.
How do I know who is behind this site? About this site names the editor, explains how the site pays for itself, and links the standards we hold content to.
